I just wanted to drop a note to let you know how satisfied I was with my service I recieved last week. I have an 04 Focus, and its getting up there in miles so I have been in pretty frequently over the past year or so. I have been dealing with Ziggy as my service advisor for forever and he really deserves a shout out. He is so good to me, he answers my thousands of questions (literally- I probably called him 25 times while my car was in the shop) and is so patient with me. I really appreciate him being so patient and I just thought I'd let him, and everyone else, know how much I appreciate it. Thank you Ziggy! And to all of you at Woltz and Wind, we don't go anywhere else!

I felt compelled this morning to write about the excellent service I have received over the years at your dealership.

I am a repeat customer of both your sales department and your service department. Mark Hallstein has sold me 3 cars over the last 20 years and I've always been pleased.

His upbeat personality, can-do attitude and professionalism are what keep me coming back again and again.

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of working with Rich in the service department. He was knowledgeable, kind, courteous and extremely helpful. Your mechanics know their stuff! After several not-so-pleasant experiences years ago with other Ford dealerships that are much closer to my residence, I vowed to make the extra effort (and 40 miles further round-trip) to only use your service department and I haven't regretted it since.

Just wanted to let you know that we are MORE than pleased with not only the 2011 Ford Explorer - but especially the wonderful service that we got at your dealership. Steve went above and beyond what was expected and necessary. It is very nice to be a woman and to be able to buy a car without being made "inferior" like I have been treated before. The entire staff was accommodating and patient with my family and we truly do appreciate it. Thank you to all of the people who made this buying experience so FUN and easy, especially Steve. There are a couple of Ford dealerships that we could take our new purchase to for maintenance - but we will be driving to you!!
